Stoneridge Lake Estates will will be having its annual community garage sale on Saturday, November 5, 2016.  The front gates will be open from 8 AM to 1 PM during the sale.

All participants must apply for a garage sale permit with the City of Pembroke Pines. The cost is $5 and the application can either be mailed to the City or brought in person.

If you would like to participate, please complete the Permit application, you can either mail it in or bring it to the City. Note: The City of Pembroke Pines building is closed on Fridays.

Time & location change

Please note the meeting will be held at 6pm EST on Monday, June 4, in room 225 of the Southwest Regional Library on Sheridan St, just west of Stoneridge.

Altman Development Corporation is scheduled to present its plans to develop apartments on the property on Sheridan Street across from the Southwest Regional Library at the Stoneridge Lake Estates Homeowner's Association meeting on June 4th at 6PM at the Southwest Regional Library.

According to Lisa Reilly, Development Office with Altman Development Corp., "We are very excited about the project we are proposing off Sheridan Street to be known as Altis at Pembroke Pines. As per our conversation, we would be pleased to meet with you and those in your community who are interested to learn about our company and the luxury community we are hoping to build in the vacant land on the south side of Sheridan Street. We have extensive landscape spaces as well as complimentary details that should make this property an asset to your Pembroke Pines community."

Lisa added, "As an aside, on May 10th, last week, our complex known as “Satori” located in Fort Lauderdale, won the City of Fort Lauderdale’s Community Appearance Award 2012 for “Best Multifamily Mid-Rise” Our luxury condominium property “Sapphire” won the City of Fort Lauderdale’s “Property of the Year” for the year 2011. We hope we can add Altis at Pembroke Pines to the list of these great properties.

The monthly meeting of the Stoneridge HOA Board of Directors will precede the presentation.
